Arundathi Namassivaya, MD Nephrology Associates of WNY 1306 Sweet Home Rd Amherst, NY 14226 Dr. Arundathi (Aru) Namassivaya is a native of India and graduated in Bangalore India Bangalore Medical College an affiliate of Bangalore University in 1989. She completed internship at Victoria Hospital in Bangalore, India. She completed her residency and fellowship in internal medicine, nephrology and transplant programs at Maine Medical Center Portland Maine affiliate of the University of Vermont. Aru is board certified in both internal medicine and nephrology. She joined the Central New York Nephrology Center before joining Nephrology Associates of Western New York in 2001. She is currently affiliated with South Buffalo Mercy, Millard Fillmore Suburban, Buffalo General, Kenmore Mercy and Degraff Hospitals. Her current practice expertise lays in both in-patient and out-patient acute kidney failure, hypertension and end-stage kidney disease, peritoneal dialysis, home based and in-center hemodialysis.
